21: A really fun movie. The fact that is was based on a true story is also really interesting. I'm tempted to find out the true story now, to see just what was dramatized.
Baccano! The Complete Series:
This is honestly one of the greatest Anime I've ever seen. The characters, story, presentation, atmosphere, music, everything is amazing. I highly recommend this one.

Rewatched:

Still awesome. And Captain Hammer is still a fucking douchebag.
Also watched all 9 episodes of "The Tick" (the live-action series), created by "The Tick" creator/Whedon collaborator Ben Edlund, in the same night.
Also, anyone else think that a Broadway version of Dr. Horrible in a double bill with Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Once More with Feeling would be epic? Basically, a one-act version of OMwF followed by a one-act version of Dr. Horrible, with new songs for each. I kinda see Anthony Rapp as Dr. Horrible and Giles, and Christian Campbell as Captain Hammer and Spike. And the actress who plays DH's Penny should also play OMwF's Dawn.

Exit Through The Gift Shop, which I thought was about Banksy, and I was totally wrong, great insight into what street art is, how it began, as well as a great take on the marketing and ideas of art, basically a great movie about art
Hurt Locker- amazing film about an explosives specialist in Iraq- beautifully shot- very intense, but not overly violent (which is a route it could have taken) pulls on the heart strings, and Jeremy Renner is way more likable in this than in the Town (which I thought was awful)

I've been wanting to watch that for a while. Is there somewhere I can watch it for free?REPO Man wrote:Rewatched:

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
It's worth shelling out $10 on Amazon for the Blu-Ray version, trust me. When I need to bump my next purchase up to free shipping, I'm definitely picking this up.
The DVD is cheap too, but it's only available on official DVD-Rs, and so I do not recommend that one.

The Other Guys
I don't know what to think about this movie. Some parts were funny, but a lot were just strange, or made little to no sense at all.
Would have been better if they trimmed it down to 90 minuets. It was nearly two hours, a comedy of this sort should never go on that long.
