There are a few that are too expensive for me like Majora's Mask or ICO, which I will get some day, but other than that, I've always wanted a black Dreamcast. They are silly money though!

There's a threeway tie for me.
A Mint, CIB Dr. Mario 64
A Mint, CIB Paper Mario
or a Mint, CIB Pokemon Mini
I'm leaning more towards the last one.

Misadventures of Tron Bonne please.

I want another Mint Copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga. At one time I had the US version in Minty mint condition but had to sell it. Today I own a minty JP version of the game but would like the US version.

Every game in the DKC/L series (donkey kong country/land) in CIB condition. I've actually found plenty of them in the wild, but always a bit expensive.

All of the ones I'm looking for are the rarest of NES games: Stadium Events, Peek-a-Boo Poker, Hot Slots, Bubble Bath Babes, Cheetahmen 2, and Action 52.

Oh jeez, I want one of those too. Seriously, it's Mario vs. Pac-Man! How can you go wrong with that?

Metal Warriors for SNES, mostly for it's fantastic two-player mode.
Action 52 NES; actually a lot of fun to just screw around and wait for the game to spontaneously explode.
