Them fuckers sold me a used game as new today. I knew there was something fishy about the "shrink wrap", I open it up and the disk is scratched to hell. I am going to return it tomorrow and call it quits with them. If they were nice about it on the phone when I called them, perhaps I would not be so upset. Nope, the dude was a total douche on the phone. "Are you sure you didn't scratch it and want a new one now?" Ah well, I gave GameStop a chance for the longest time and it wasn't until now that they pee'd me off.
I'll just go back to buying new games at Target. At least at Target there are one or two hot chicks or milfs between the entrance and the electronics section in the back. That long trek is sometimes worth it.

That is quickly becoming the way of things, Sevin. Stock pile NOW.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Re: Gamestop is evil
Doesn't surprise me at all. Retail support from gamestop on gamecube and xbox games has gone the way of the dodo. PS2 would be the same except they have a TON on stock left to get off their hands. I will be awaiting the closeout salesnow that you mentioned it... i also went to gamestop today. this one cashier lady was eying me the whole time...weird, but i was eying the three official game cube controllers they have for used. one thing that did bother me is that they did not have one single gamecube game in stock!

This will never ever happen at a Wal Mart...unless you're into middle-aged obesity.

Sadly, we never got a sell-off like the ones that Dreamcast and Saturn supplies went through.
