I would have recommended an SSD, but there is a lot of competition, uncertainty, and reliability floating around them at the moment. They are really tempting but are also fairly new technology which could see massive improvements in the near future.

Pshhhhh all these "savings" recommendations
I would say go with the new graphics card. If you are having to scale back your in-game quality settings on games to play them with decent FPS then it is time for an upgrade. You will definitely get some mileage out of that GeForce 560 GTX; I'd say it should be good for at least 3-4 years. I've been running my GeForce 260 GTX for nearly 3 years now and I can still run nearly everything on highest settings at 1680 x 1050 (max monitor resolution for me). Graphics cards have just refreshed so there shouldn't be anything new coming to market in the next 5-8 months or so.

Though it's mostly her sacrificing because she usually doesn't like going to clubs. It just so happens that this time one of my best friends is going to come (he never goes out), and she finds him hilarious when he's drunk.

I think a better video card will give you the most dramatic performance increase. So, I'd get one of those.

I would go with upgrading your graphics card or put it into savings. I think the graphics card would give you the best mileage based on the choices you listed.

Harddrives. Your gpu is decent enough, Harddrives never go out of style. I am still wary of SSDs in the long run.
