They've got stuff like Mad Max and The Terminator, which for some reason they never bought on DVD. No other library system I've been to recently has any tapes, just them.
I suppose it's still ~$1 vs ~$5 though. If you find a bunch of VHS tapes at thrift stores you can sometimes convince them to outright give them away.
