Because the only way to survive an apocalypse is by fishing, at least if you are in the future proposed in Grand Mer, the fishing MMO. :lol:

You have to watch this ridiculous trailer. I love how much these guys love fishing. I'm actually curious to play this game.

Man, I hate when commercials for games never show any of the fucking game!

The concept is pretty cool though. This could be a fun game for fans of fishing and fishing video games.

Sure beats real life fishing. Mankind has nearly ruined that thanks to oil spills and mercury poisoning.

I hope the apocalypse is this awesome, it looks so festive and fun. And everyone is partying and has top of the line fishing boats.

What are you talking about? It does show gameplay. It shows the characters casting and reeling and holding up a fish. Aside from some unseeable keystrokes and menu micro-managment that is all you ever see in MMOs.

It's all about the experience (read: grinding and chatting with fellow players) and this actually looks fun. Fishing is one of the things i like in pretty much every MMO. (starting with my experience with the incredibly broken old fishing style in Final Fantasy XI)

haha, maybe Sea Shepherd will show up and throw butyric acid, would make for a fun mini game :)
