Xbox 360 controller trigger mod.

When playing shooters I prefer to use the left trigger, but I run into so many games that won't allow me to reverse the trigger set up. A lot that do also reverse the sticks. Does anyone know if its possible to simply mod a controller to reverse the triggers on it? Or better yet, where I can purchase a controller that's been modded in this way?
