I would still claim vaporware, but Gearbox Software (contributers to Half Life, and developers for Borderlands) have a pretty decent track record so far.
If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?
I'm very glad to see that Gearbox is going to stay faithful to what was set down in Duke Nukem 3D. The console releases I'm assuming will maintain the mosaic to keep their M rating, but I wouldn't be shocked to see the PC version lets you play uncensored.

I really hope they make jokes about the delay throughout. Im not a big Duke Nukem 3d fan (I liked the platformers more) but this is an icon. And, as it was said, Gearbox is quality.
I'm a big fan of Duke 3D (and the obscure spinoff "Low Wang: Shadow Warrior" too!), so I'm excited about this. It's not economical to buy stuff on launch, but I'll watch the reviews and maybe get it later in the year.
