I would Jump on that Wagovan if I was you.

I already did, called the guy yesterday, and this morning to confirm. It's the perfect Wagovan too, owned by a little old lady that just retired since it was new, had all of it's tune-ups and regular servicing on time and whether it needed it or not, paint was touched up yearly, interior was cleaned and groomed weekly, etc... etc...

Only problem is he wants $1400 firm and I only have circa $1200.

It's got about 200k Mi. on it an it's an '88 so I'm hoping to use it's high mileage, age and the future cost of parts and repairs on it to bring the price down into my range.

Also, it looks badass, has the handling of the best Civic generation ever made, regular 2WD and at the push of a button converts to 4WD in real-time without needing to stop:

Unfortunately it's an '88 and it seems they no longer track car prices for anything below '91.

Also, it's had a LOT of work done. Re-upholstered interior, new carpet, new stereo, etc...

The only defect seems to be the hydraulics for the hatch are weak and need to be replaced.

After much negotiation the guy agreed to take $1200 for it and I am incredibly stoked!

I'm going up there to look at it and give it a once over before I put the down payment on it (I only have about $1000 cash at the moment thanks to the money drain from shipping everything out).

That one pictured isn't mine. I haven't gone out to make the down-payment yet so I have no personal pictures of the one I'm coming home with. But by tomorrow morning it's gonna be all mine.
