I'm talking about forum posts. The text in posts looks faded. I couldn't place what was wrong until I saw a quote in a post. When I look a quote and then the text below it, there's a clear difference. Is it just me?

First thought: Any chance we could all just donate money to keep the site running? Those ads are kinda amazingly large.

I'm hoping to eventually have them disappear for members that are logged in and maybe be replaced by a way to browse by console or something.

I just need to figure out how to pull that off from a technical standpoint...

I think its fine as a way to help the revenue. Regular members can bookmark View New Posts or View Active Topics.

Please don't use black font. All of us old-schoolers rocking the original AcidTech can't read what you write. The default adjusts to each background to contrast accordingly.

Oop sorry fixed. A thought, switch the Quotes and Reply default Font color. The Reply standing out in better contrast in the white background?

I much preferred having recent forum posts on the fron page instead of most active. But other than that it looks good, very sleek and usable.

The reason why so many repeat New Posts are made because of the Front page exposure. Active Posts gives all discussion equal exposure. One can always bookmark View New Posts, but might miss out on great discussion.

I think the text color might just be an optical illusion on the forum because of the background. That part of the code should have stayed the same.
The only thing that is different is the top header and the backgrounds.
