Raiden Project is one of the more valuable longbox games, so you did well! It is also arguably the best longbox game.

Moral of the story = assuming makes an ass out of U and Me.Josh wrote:Newspaper article related scores keep rolling in. A friend of mine at school's parents have an Atari (assuming 2600) that they're giving away, with like 20 games that they were just going to throw out, so they read my article and were like "Oh, give it to this kid" so tomorrow I'm probably going to be getting an Atari 2600 with 20 games for free.
Moral of the story = newspaper articles rock.

Small correction, Atari 7800 with 22 games, for free.

There it is. Needs some cleaning, but works well.

Paddles came in what looks like their original twist tie. Not bad.

And there's all the games, excluding Pac-Man, which I put in a spare box I had. Pretty cool that some of the games were in that little game holder.
What? I'm missing a game? Shucks, I must've lost count. Oh wait...

Sealed. I don't care if it's worth three pennies and a tic-tac, I'm happy to have it.
All for free, thanks to my friend Nick and his parents. And to the newspaper article. I actually didn't have a 7800 which is cool, I'm 2 for 2 on free systems I didn't have. O_O

Awesome 'find'. Free stuff is always the best.
Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
Indeed. That's one of the main reason why I was happy to get it, I don't have to pull out the hefty 2600 to play those games, unless there's some compatibility issues I haven't read about.swiftzx wrote:Yepnoiseredux wrote:that's awesome! 7200 is BC with the 2600 right?
All of the games and the system need a good cleaning, but once I'm through with that it'll look like it's just bought from Sears.

a lot of the people at work dig my custom made iCase and possibly thinking of producing similar themes
