This is the obscure/failed console that the most people know about. That is, when I'm talking to someone about my console collection, and they want to stump me, they frequently ask "got a virtual boy?". To which I must reply, "no". For that reason alone, I need to pick up a virtual boy.

I own several, one gutted since it was broken beyond repair, but I only own Pinball. I need to buy Mario Clash, Tennis, and Warioland. Once I have those Ill be done with collecting for the system.

I have one (imported from the USA because it didn't reach Europe), and I have 5 games: WarioLand (which was great), Red Alarm (which I really enjoyed), Mario's Tennis (which is a fun little game for a short blast), Teleroboxer (which I just an't get the hang of at all - it's not as good as punch out, but it looks great. Best 3d graphics of the games I own), and Mario Clash (which I don't like a whole lot). I used to have Virtual League Baseball but it was awful so I got rid of it.

I'd really like to get Galactic Pinball, Vertical Force, Panic Bomber and 3D Tetris sometime. Vertical force especially is on my radar, can anyone recommend it?

I got one recently and despite the fact that I get very painful migraines from watching newer 3D films for too long, the Virtual Boy never gave me the slightest headache even after 2-3 hours of use.

I currently have Mario Clash and Mario Tennis, both of which I enjoy. When I was young my friend had a complete collection for the thing (he was a rich spoiled kid - think Eric Cartman of South Park) Anyway, he used to let me play with his VB when I went over to his house and I remember loving Wario Land more than any other game on the system so I really want to pick it up when I get a chance.

I also had the pleasure of playing Jack Bros. and while I did enjoy it, Wario Land was much better. I suppose I'll be done collection for the system when I get Galactic Pinball, Teleroboxer, Wario Land, 3-D Tennis, and Vertical Force. I would also pick up Jack Bros. if I ever found it for a reasonable price since at least I know I enjoy the game.

Now that would be cool, I doubt it would ever happen, awesome idea though.

I agree with everyone else's statements, It is definitely a conversation starter, and it is always the first one people ask about.

I would like to try 3D tetris, I only have V-tetris, which is essentially regular tetris against 3D backgrounds, so obviously, its still great fun but doesn't really utilize the 3D capabilities

I enjoy Teleroboxer and Galactic Pinball, I also think Golf is pretty cool simply because you can really experience the depth field in 3D.

Some day when I have a lot of disposable income, I'd like to get some of those crazy rare Japanese games.

Glad to know there are more fans out there, I was expecting a lot of haters.

I too bought my Virtual Boy from a retail clearance bin for $30. It came with Mario Tennis, and I later purchased Red Alarm and Wario Land for it. Always wanted Vertical Force and Mario Clash, but have never even bothered to try and track those down. Maybe I will look for them now that you brought it up.

I'm also a fan of the Virtual Boy. I picked it up for cheap on eBay several years ago with Mario Clash, Tennis, and Wario Land. I enjoy playing Wario Land and Mario Clash. It's a unique system and it looks great in my gaming room that gets a lot of attention. 8)

I'm a fan of the system. I picked mine up a few months ago at a pawn shop for $50 with Wario Land, Mario Clash, Mario Tennis, Red Alarm, and the AC Adapter Tab/AC Adapter. The left LCD is a little screwy at times, so I might open it up and try the oven trick to see if that solves that problem.

Wario Land is definitely the best game in the library, in my opinion. Love it.

I'd like to get one, but I haven't found one at a good enough price yet to justify it.
