It helps that I live on my own in a one-bedroom apartment, make most of my purchases through Amazon, and am a 15 minute walk from work. I simply have no obligations to deal with. I expect that number to drop down once I buy a house this year, as I'll have all the house maintenance to deal with, plus a longer commute.

That sounds nice. Hang on to that for as long as you can.

When all I had was a Dreamcast at my apartment, I played about 3 hours a week.

Now that I have this Ps3 here, I'm probably playing 10-15 hours a week.

Yeah, I'm with you guys. I'd say 2 - 5 hours a week. Seriously if I get more then 1.5 hours of uninterrupted game time I'm happy for days.

Back in the day (read 15 years ago) I was hitting those 20 - 30 hour a week numbers but no more.

It varies, depends on my mood and also how good anything I'm currently playing is. For the most part though, probably at least an hour a day, sometimes a lot more than that on my days off though. I've had phases though, where I wouldn't play anything for a few months. I am on this forum constantly though

That's definitely the case for my slim hours. I get caught up watching a lot of movies in my downtime as well.
