Wow. Thanks. I kind of figured that this is more of a collector's item than anything else. I may even go the emulator route too just because this is ALOT of cash for a retro game despite the rarity of it.
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!

Emulation is fine if you just want to try it out

I always thought the control was a little off on the NGT versions of the games compared to the NES versions. It almost seemed more floaty which can be bad for those last few stages of Ninja Gaiden 1-2.

That makes sense now that I think about it :)

I remember seeing this game at E3 long long ago. I was kinda disappointed that it didn't get a real update like Super Mario All Stars and I told the Tecmo rep that. He said that they were updated significantly. I then asked him if he even played the original NES versions and compared the upgrade (or lack of) to SMAS and he couldn't see the difference. Gotta love company reps.
 (FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

Thats awesome, I remember having multiple conversations with misinformed reps years ago when I worked for EB Games.

Wow! I didn't know this SNES game is going for so much. Back in the day, it was selling at FuncoLand in the discout area because it was NES games and people thought it was old news.

The original releases on NES are some of the best action games ever made on the NES. So I'd stick with those.
