Anyone up for some Mario Kart Double Dash LAN play?

Post by Jamisonia »

I just got the broadband adapter and I'd done for some LAN play. Additionally, I have no idea how you set something like this up, but I'd be interested in hearing about how you do this.

hold on i'm an idiot. Shows how many LAN parties I've been to, I though you could play LAN over the internet if you set up your own servers.

I am given to believe that these servers do exist. I know that people have got PSO I&II running online. My own broadband adapter is in the mail.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

It's a bit difficult to set up and everything. I was planning on doing this over break. Maybe tomorrow?

Flake, that's not a LAN game, that's an online game.

Oh man. I used to play Mario Kart Double Dash over the internet. It was so much fun. I used a service called Warp Pipe. Dunno if it still works.

Wait it seems like we have a lot of interest here. All we need is to get it working and we are golden.

Go to Help (at the top) and then choose Quick Start Guide. There, it will show you everything you need to do to get online.

I'm free tomorrow if anyone wants to try this out.
