This is a very strange video with Mario, his creator Shigeru Miyamoto, and president of Nintendo USA, Reggie Fils-Aime.
I'm not sure how to describe this, but I'll try. It's like Mario in a Silent Hill world, directed by whoever does The Residents' videos, re-enacting the final scene from Return of the Jedi where the Wii is the dark side, except the film takes a Romeo & Juliet twist.

Re: The most disturbing Mario video you will ever see
Is this video suppose to be saying something? It uses Mario and Peach, but also Miyamoto and the President of NOA (I think). Is there suppose to be a message, or is it just a fucked up video?

it looked like some kind of message behind it to me... as disturbing as it was i found it quite interesting to watch... prolly more cause of the music in it
Re: The most disturbing Mario video you will ever see
Oh man that was intense. I don't get the message, though. I'm guessing Graham Young doesn't like the Wii?

Re: The most disturbing Mario video you will ever see
To me the gist of the message was that with the Wii Nintendo has been going in a more mainstream direction rather than for the true video gamer. This is why they had the clips with Reggie saying it was for everyone and showing lots of people waving it around doing stuff. It seems he is also trying to point out that Miyamoto ultimately does not like this direction because he attacks Reggie; trying to show that Mario will struggle/not survive the mainstream shift in direction.
However, the recent Mario games have been great and returned to their roots so it is safe to say he was wrong

Two things. First off, a lot of the music in that video is actually from Silent Hill. Second, there's a comment on YouTube stating Graham Young was actually an employee under Peter Molyneux who had a belief that Nintendo died in 2006. Apparently Molyneux fired him shortly after finding all that out. I'm not sure how true all of this is, but it makes for an odd story.
