I'm also hoping for a gog release. There has been a lot of demand for Lucasarts to release games there, but they haven't yet. They are pretty bad about this in my opinion. Lucasarts is sitting on a gold mine of old games that they haven't been taking advantage of and they have seen CEOs shuffle around a few times lately. They need to get their act together and re-release these things. They've done good with the Monkey Island series remakes though, so hopefully we will see some similar things happen for Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentacle, and Full Throttle.

GOG mentioned on their "Dear Santa" letter that it would be cool to get new publishers, and they mentioned Square Enix, EA and LucasArts, so at least we know they actually must be making an effort to get them onboard.

Of course, I think LucasArts is the most probable of the publishers to release their games over at GOG.

(It would be cool to see if Square Enix would release Final Fantasy VII and VIII there, though. That Pocketstation Chocobo game on VIII was kinda neat, but the American Playstation game was always gimped by the impossibility of finding that damn memory card. The PC game fixes the issue.)

If they did re-release this would it go to Steam like their other games. I'd like to play this, Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle.

I think Day of the Tentacle is my fave game from Lucasarts adventure titles that I've played so far. I would LOVE to see it released again. I also really, really loved Curse of Monkey Island. My favorite among the original Monkey Island games

I think what I'm gonna do is play through some of the games I already have on my backlog (and do all the regular college-stuff) for the next couple months and see if it doesn't get announced for an official download somewhere... if not, I'll just head over to SnesoRama. I would've checked that from the start since that's where I get all of my other iso's, but I honestly had no idea they had PC games up, too. A 12-part download is a pain, but that's okay.
I believe I have the original game that I would sell for $5 plus shipping. I don't think I've been on here long enough to be on the B/S/T list yet. If you're interested PM me and I will go and find it in the garage and snap a pic.

Ebay is a terrible indicator of how much something is worth.

Not to go off topic and burst your bubble, but GameStop bought out Game about three years ago. The only non GameStop controlled Game branded stores are the ones in the UK although GS still owns a large share of that end of the company.

I'm just pointing out that Grim is definitely worth more than a Double Quarter Pounder.
