Do you wish you had a more focused collection?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I used to have one but I sold it after realizing I could play most of the games I wanted on one of the number of compilations or Virtual Console. However, if there's nostalgia with it you might want to consider just consolidating your game library for it in case you might regret selling all of it.

My games are all over the place, I guess I should focus on one or two systems...but there are just too many good games out there for many systems. Feck!

I would like to just collect games that I am going to play. Plus I only have 2 consoles and would like to play through the games I have before collecting more.

It bothers me when I know I have games that I have not played much of and yet I am buying more.

Lol. I really do want to start playing through my games. This year I would like to play through all my Genesis games at least. Unless I come upon a great find at a yard/garage sale I will avoid buying anymore.

You better avoid the trade/sell threads then, because it definitely will sneak up on you without realizing it

if I had a nickle for everytime I thought like that

there's no shame in collecting games, even-though you don't play all of them

I look at it like this; one day I'll be in a retirement home amongst people my age
they'll have grown up with the same consoles, etc. as me

and I'll be the coolest oldie on the block with games for all tastes and ages :D

The only focus I'm really interested in is quality. I don't like having crap games. Yet when I end up with one I don't usually feel like giving it up. Just have to buy more quality games to offset it.
