I'd be interested. All these modern games with online co-op can be really great, unfortunatley 99% of the time you get matched with a bunch of asshats that have no interest in working together  . Being able to play with a group of people I kinda know would be great fun.

Honestly, I'd be up for this.

I primarily play online with the 360, but I'm capable of doing so with any system, so its no big deal.

Might I recommend Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing? Its a kick ass kart racer that didn't get the attention it deserves. The online is kinda bare bones, but racing is fun any day.

Plus, there's a wii version for all the wii whiners!

I'd love to dust off that game and play with some new people. Especially you fine folks.

PC version doesn't have online multiplayer.

Anything that will get me playing more of my backlog is good to me. I have all the games in the list apart from COD and Lost Planet 2. I will never buy COD because I don't like the games apart from COD4 and 2. Lost Planet just does not appeal to me.

Would be nice to play some UT3 since I've barely played it since getting it. Perhaps we should have a poll to see what's the most common platform and then stick with that or something.

I didn't even know there was a pc version.

That seems like a good idea.

On that note, perhaps we should split this up by system? Maybe each system has a different game? Because the thing is, even if Ps3/360 owners are playing the same game, they can't play together anyway.

Way I figure, maybe the players of a certain system can manage their own group for it. If they care enough, they'll keep it up. If they don't, it won't affect anyone playing on another system.

Just a thought, and maybe that seems drastic or like too much work, but since the aim of this topic is to play online together, it won't be as simple as Together Retro's way of playing it however you can get a hold of it.

I'll have UT3 for PS3 after the meet in a week. Depends on how PS3 mouse and keyboard support is in it. I'll still be playing Borderlands by then I'm sure since I just got the Claptrap expansion. I finished the first Stalker just recently. Granted I have the correct ending so I can still wander around.

Im up for it. As for PC games there are many which are free online and can litterally be picked up for pennies.

Diablo 2
Warcraft 3
Age of Empires 2
Halo Combat Evolved
Doom

ect
