Others have more than I've had. Also, NONE of the versions are really very expensive. They are all cheap.
Except for maybe Dreamcast. Gee. :?
The versions I have are all cheap. :)

I totally forgot the "For Matching Service" version on the DC existed. Is it expensive?

Semi related question: Fighting Street on the Virtual Console... is it worth paying for? It doesn't seem so, be it that you can only play as Ken or Ryu and from what I've read, it has a pretty archaic move set. What'ya say?

SFC2 was really good. I actually spent two hours by myself and then another hour with 2 player mode. Then I went back and tried Hyper Street Fighter II and just felt that game was just never meant to be, but it's still a great addition I guess. I even watched the movie along the way.

So I got my hands on a copy of SFC1 and I have to say that it has to be one the most disappointing compilation I have ever played. I have decided to return it back to the seller who promised to pay for my shipping. Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold is just out of place and it's a terrible port nonetheless. Super Street Fighter II suffers from long loading, but it's bearable. I would give SFC1 5/10 just because you get to play Super Street Fighter II and SFC2 an 8/10 (highly recommended).

I like Street Fighter Collection 1 and 2. They are still the closest versions of SF2/SF2CE/SF2HF/SSF2 you can get to the arcade. Sure there's a bit of loading but the graphics, sound and animation are higher in quality than the SNES/Genesis/PCE ports. They also have little bonuses like arranged soundtrack, art gallery and DX VS mode. The version of SSF2T in this collection also has the most forgiving AI opponents. I prefer the Saturn versions since they have slightly faster loading than PS1 and the controller is better. Street Fighter Collection 2 is available on Saturn as Capcom Generation 5. You can also get the Capcom Classics Collection V1 (PS2/Xbox/PSP) which has the PS1 versions of the Street Fighter Collection games (SF2/SF2CE/SF2HF).

I think Street Fighter 2 is probably the game I have the most copies of. You can see a video of my SF collection here, although it's a bit outdated:

Nice, I remember seeing this video a while back and never knew who it was.

I'm doing this again, sorry, but I am intrigued by the fact you own just about everything Ryu has appeared in, yet don't see fit to get the SNES version of Alpha 2.

Save that judgment until you've played the Saturn version. Capcom flooded PS1 with fighter ports of inconsistent quality late in its life. As your score difference between SFC1 and SFC2 shows.
Lum fan.
