Psychic Force 2012

Post by oizukitom »

Is this game any fun ? Is the game play any good? Psychic Force 2012 I never knew this was an 3DFx arcade game, there is one on e-bay in NY.
Thanks,
Tom

I rented it once. I cant remember much, but it was a fighting game in mid-air like DragonBall Z, sort of. But you were enclosed in square force fields. I never bothered downloading it because it hasn't been self-booted as far as I know. Might buy it someday.

I own this game but haven't played it much, seems like a button masher at first but there is some depth there if you got the time. If its cheap might as well pick it up :)

It happens to be the first Dreamcast game I bought.

Using all 128-bit, and smooth control makes this a solid fighter. Its a sequal to the 1997 Psychic Force (which was also released in the US) But I would recommend 2012. Hidden characters to unlock, and great voice acting (Japanese Audio). If the seller is asking more than $20 I suggest you not buy it. I bought mine new for $19.99. I remember playing non-stop for the first 2 weeks, but after awhile it gets repetitive. But in the future you would want to come back to get (like I did) btw, my avatar resembles Burn from Psychic Force 2012.

Found this game today in a store called Game Nut. Mint condition but no case or manual. $10.

Edit: Crap! It doesn't work on VGA. I forgot. That's 10 bucks wasted. Dammit...
