Re: Other Collections?
There are many things I would like to collect, but I am torn by my inability to deal with clutter. I tend to weed out anything that has no purpose from my apartment. So I think I will stick to my games.
I also collect board games, at this point I have a little over 30. I like pulling one out when my friends come over.
I only own 25 Genesis games, 4 32x games, and 20 Nintendo games, but it continues to grow.

This is a long shot, but do you have the Avalon Hill version of the Dune board game?PixelPixii wrote:I also collect board games, at this point I have a little over 30. I like pulling one out when my friends come over.

Re: Other Collections?
I'm sorry but I do not. I am not familiar with that game. I tend to just pick up ones I find are innovative at random places. I have no order to my collecting.
Re: Other Collections?
Same here. Although I do it for more than just board games. I just sort of end up impulse buying anything that I consider collectible if I know it's a good price. That's why I'm currently playing Solitaire with a pack of Silent Hill playing cards while thinking about going back and checking to see if any of the Sonic ones were clearance-priced as well.PixelPixii wrote:I'm sorry but I do not. Yeah I usually pick up games from yard sales or clearance racks. You mentioned solitaire Czernobog, have you ever played the print and play solitaire game of Zombie in my Pocket (Zimp)? Is a pretty neat game to play alone. Check it out here:Czernobog wrote:Same here. Although I do it for more than just board games. Re: Other Collections?
I collect collectionists, my dad is going to buy me a country so I can store them.
I'm starting to collect classic western animation like Looney Tunes and Woody Woodpecker. Since I don't like Disney stuff and I'm happy with only some Tom & Jerry DVDs I will finish it soon. Too bad that Tex Avery stuff is not on DVD. Not uncensored and without blurry lines and psychodelic colors at least.
I also have a lot of books. I either don't read a thing or read twenty books in a row.

Neat! I'll definitely print that out and give it a whirl. I've always had kind of a fascination with card games and the like ever since I would play UNO with large groups of friends in High School. I especially enjoyed playing a game called FLUX that everyone always had a blast with.PixelPixii wrote:Yeah I usually pick up games from yard sales or clearance racks. I have no idea if Heckle and Jeckle ever got any releases, but as I kid I liked them along with T&J, Woody Woodpecker, and Droopy.General_Norris wrote: I'm starting to collect classic western animation like Looney Tunes and Woody Woodpecker. I love the earliest Disney stuff, up until about the early 1940s. Have you watched many of the things released in the "Disney Treasures" line of DVDs?General_Norris wrote:Since I don't like Disney stuff
Also, I've never seen anything animated that parallels the pure emotional sweeps and captivating imagery that can be found in the "Night on Bald Mountain"/"Ave Maria" finale in Fantasia, Disney's greatest film.
