also MK4 was awful even when it came out.
I was referring to the DC game. Dc superheroes do not kill, so the regular fatalities were altered.

I thought everyone considered that a spinoff? I mean was there ever any remote indication that it would determine the direction of the future of the series?

They need to make the movie based on the badass trailer circulating. Screw another game. There is nowhere to take this series that it hasn't been already.

Who the hell pre-orders an MK game? It's not like they're going to do a limited run, nor will it ever be a collectible.

Even if you're gullible enough to buy into the franchise, wait until 6 months after release when it's half the price in a bargain bin somewhere.

The one where Jax is a cop and every MK character is some sort of sociopath or full grown birth defected murderer or whatever??? The one where there's no mention of Netherrealms and all that cool stuff??

If you want the arcade stick... not that I do, but it's an option...

I've been thinking about ordering the arcade stick. But I'm still waiting for an announcement on the alleged "MK HD Arcade Kollection." Because I don't want to buy the arcade stick for just this one game - Mortal Kombat 2011.

Btw, most MK fans are referring to this new game as MK9, not 8. Yes, I know MK vs DC was a crossover. But fans considered it the eighth MK game. Especially since there was an option to just play as/fight the MK characters.

The button layout on the arcade stick means I wont be picking it up even in the future when the game is selling for $50 in the bundle. (much like Tekken 6 bundles did).
