Dreamcast Kareoke

Post by HeavyMetalMe »

While looking for that Seaman unit, I found this photo. I saw an image before on Vidgame's site, but I've never seen this one. I could care less for kareoke, but it looks like a neat little unit...

As you probobly already know, kareoke is HUGE in Japan, so sega created this along with Dreamcast playable disks containing music and lyrical cues. I see these on e-bay all the time, and I love how they look on the system. And another thing, the camera in the picture is a Dream-Eye, a wonderfully rare piece of DC goodness that is a lot like the Eye-toy, but it unplugs from the system and works as a digital camera!

He has a great set up. Plus, if I'm correct, that blue box is the Sonic edition of the DC. I've never seen one anywhere.

Actually the blue one is the kareoke box. The orange one with the guy on it had the DC in it.

It also had a download service for music that was online until 2006.
