King Of Fighters 98 question

Seeing as how we're playing KOF98 for Together Retro soon, I need somebody to clear this up for me. There are two PS2 releases that contain versions of KOF98:

KOF: Orachi Saga
KOF 98: Ultimate Match

what are the differences between this 98 versions, and which version should I (we) get for TR?

I cant talk for controls or reliability, but I do know Ultimate Match has several more characters and an extra fighting style, so I'd hedge my bets on that one if no-one else offers any more info.

I think Orachi saga is like KOF 95 to 97 or something. It's the original arcade versions of those games I imagine. I think there is some sort of overarching story line between the three games called the Orochi Saga, while KOF 98 was like a special edition with all the characters in there. Kinda similar to Tekken 1-3 and how Tekken Tag Tournament had most of the popular characters in there even if they died in the story mode for Tekken 1-3.
