Anyone know how/ where to find an adaptor to play playchoice 10 in a jamma can please?

Unless it has changed in the last year, someone would have to build you one. I do not know of a single company that makes them. The best place to find someone who can is Build Your Own Arcade Controls (BYOAC), just give it a google.
