Did you point out to them the listing description where it doesn't specify the mat? Also, point out how there are some products that have multiple listings (e.g, with mike or without mike).
Isn't DDR still playable with the regular GC controller if you don't have the mat? I mean, it's not fun but it's still doable. Just like how I sometimes play Guitar Hero on my PS2 using the dual shock.
I still use Goozex

Thank you for your response. I am the customer service manager here at Goozex. In reviewing this correspondence we informed you of our policies. Our policies are to not reship items, and to not cover the cost of return shipping when the seller receives negative feedback. Thank you for your understanding.

But at what point did I agree to this policy? And how can you uphold a policy that is ultimately giving you a license to steal my game from me?
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT

I did point all that out months ago.gtmtnbiker wrote:Did you point out to them the listing description where it doesn't specify the mat? Also, point out how there are some products that have multiple listings (e.g, with mike or without mike).

Is small claims court a possibility? I know it's minor and horribly inconvenient, but hey this is an issue of principle.

honestly I don't see myself wasting that kind of time and money. But I'll tell you one thing, I can keep writing them emails until they're ready to rip their own arms off.AppleQueso wrote:Is small claims court a possibility? it just occurred to me that this whole mess would have been avoided if DSH had just bought Mario Mix back when I offered it to him.
