People keep saying this, but I don't think the police will do anything. Heck, the Atlanta PD wouldn't even take my police report when someone fraudulently charged about $1200 to my credit card back in May or June, and I even knew who did it!

You shouldn't have admitted that you were in the wrong, because you weren't. Their listing was wrong and you sent the item as you would in any other website, and to assume otherwise was only absurd. Now they think they have the moral high ground and that you're just a scammer trying to get your game back for free when you weren't even supposed to have sent it in the first place...
