These people still need to pay:

Here's hoping they see it here, since they've apparently missed the numerous PMs! I'll remove your name as soon as I receive evidence of your payment!

I'll also repost the most recent PM I sent them this morning:
I've sent numerous PMs remind you to make your payment for the item(s) you won in the auction. At this point, you are at risk of forfeitting the item(s), receiving a -1 in the feedback thread for each item you've defaulted on, being issued a warning on the forum, and perhaps being booted all together (especially if I don't hear from you).

Please make the payment now, and include your address in the email to me so that you can get your items.
I am chasing down a few addresses from people who paid but didn't follow directions, so as soon as I get those I'll have a list to send to the item donors. Thanks for your patience!

Wow, that's terrible. I mean, how can you be a deadbeat for a charity auction?

2 of these people were also item donors, so I am hoping it is just oversight.... :?

Or they could be on vacation away from home. Holidays and all.

You are right - only one of them has signed on at all in 2011.

I did also email them to remind them, so they really should have some way of knowing their $$ is due.

I've personally dealt with swiftzx multiple times and he has always come through. He is younger and may be at the mercy of parent's holiday scheduling. At least from me he gets the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

I was actually going to say the same. He's definitely a standup dude and I've had nothing but good dealings with him.

Yeah swift and nsbaceattorney have always been good to me. Hopefully everything's alright. I know I just recently paid too so it might be a timing issue. No need for anyone to drag anyone's name through the mud.

I hope you don't think I am doing that...!

I have dealt with both nsb and swift in the past and had generally favorable experiences. I have chatted with visual death on irc a few times and that also was pleasant. As for the other folks, they joined in December and have made only a few posts, so I am not holding my breath.

On the bright side, the total for all this stuff is not very much...so it won't be a huge loss in terms of total donation if we lose some of it. Maybe we'll run a 1 day auction tomorrow on those unpaid items, with payment due immediately at auction close...? Just an idea.

I do not think this is any kind of scarlet letter. I mean, it is not like any of us are going to shun these folks for paying a little late.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
