so i finally managed to finish this game yesterday and i did have a great time playing through the campaign mode. And again i know i mention this many of times, if you ever played any call of duty game , its like exactly same game just with bond.

The difficulty level when i was playing was at its lowest too. But still lil hard so i could imagine how hard must be then.

Yea Here another Cheap thing i didnt like about the game.
When your using a shotgun and there are are like 3 enemies in front of you, when you shoot one burst out you think a shootgun would burst and hit all 3 enemies, but no it only register for a hit on one enemy only. LAME :(

they had to of, when i played it i was 15 and it belonged to a friend/familyish kid who was 9... so take into consideration that 5 year-olds probably had their hands on it, and people older than me too (probably reaching into late 20's). PLUS all the people that were exposed to it after the fact. At least, AT LEAST 5 of all the people who played it during it's hayday went on to make games, but most likely a lot more. So in all seriousness and probability, most of the team if not most of ANY game development team these days has played and does love the original goldeneye. just sayin man. you wonder, i wonder, here we are.

It was more of a sarcastic remark. I'm saying, if I had a part in making this game, it would look and feel a hell of a lot more like the N64 game. People that loved Goldeneye on the N64 back in the day would cry while playing it.

i think there was more satifaction shooting the enemies at different points of the body which trigger a variety of expression. With the new one the hit points no matter where u shoot triggers same animations.

I see a couple things in multi player that say I need to put in a code to unlock. Are there no cheats to unlock from the single player? That's really lame. It's one of the things that made the N64 game so good. Also, when you're playing multi not online, there's no bots you can turn on? That's really lame as well.

Well I just played it online for the first time, about 3 or 4 rounds. It's pretty fun, but then again, it's the same old online FPS experience. I didn't realize there were achievements that you unlock as you progress while playing online. That kind of thing always turns me off, mostly because most people are like, "Look at how good I am!" Though at least there's no communication, so I don't have to listen to them.

And unless I'm missing something... there's no split screen when playing online. That's a bummer. So if I wanna play with just one other person, I'm forced to play with just 2 people. That's what I liked about Mario Kart Wii, you could play online with some one else split screen.

I reviewed this in the review section aside form the multiplayer aspect.

but I can't understand how you can compare this to any call of duty, its nowhere near the same league!

I do fancy pulling out the 64 and playing the original again just to see how bad or good it is compared to todays games and this one in particular.

Goldeneye is also on the tv right now on itv2 in the uk if anyone is interested.

Having played Goldeneye Wii for the first time yesterday, I have to agree with this. One of my favorite things about the original Goldeneye was the weapon pickup all over the map. Having loadouts just feels wrong. Also, the standard controller is barely meant for shooters. The wiimote-nunchuck setup is just horrendous. I felt like a mentally impaired chimpanzee playing because I couldn't keep the damn thing straight and during crucial firefights it wouldn't recognize the stupid controller.

Also, they got rid of Boris. This is unforgivable.
