Seems fair in your reply, hopefully Goozex will comply. Is there a dispute on who should pay the shipping? I don't think Goozex should eat that, but not right to hold the game and charge the full sale amount.

I still think you should ask them why there is only one listing for this game while there are multiple for other games that included an accessory like Mario Party 6, Donkey Konga, etc. And also why doesn't the listing for Mario Dance Revelolution say anywhere that the dance pad had to be included when Animal Crossing says the memory card has to be included for a full package trade. You made a honest mistake, but that mistake wouldn't of happened if the game was listed like Animal Crossing.

Goozex should eat that, it's due to their sloppy handling of how they list and describe their items that this entire dispute has arisen anyhow.

Indeed, all of those games I listed a few posts ago have bad listings as well that could lead to the same issue happening. They should return the game at their cost, set Noise and the other guy's account to more or less like the transaction never occurred, and take the opportunity to correct the listing to avoid future problems. :|

Ok, at least they're not being a complete stubborn mule at this point. I'd still be done with them after this is over and/or I used my points up to buy things though.

I can't understand why they're arguing this point. Do they seriously not realize what's happened here?

You gave up the game, gave a refund, and did not get the game back.

Its like you paid them to take it off your hands. And they don't get why you're having a problem with this situation?

Why is this simple thing so hard to comprehend? I just don't get it. Its like you bought insurance from the mob.

I feel like their last email was a weird trap. How they hinted that they were going to make an exception but first wanted to be on the same page. Then they asked me to answer that hypothetical question. We'll see where this goes...

As a sponsor performing the advertising service medium, did Goozex charge you anything for conducting the sell? if that is the case, then I think you have a strong argument to not having to pay the return shipping since there is no sale. Refund the fee or ship back free. Oh crap, starting to sound like that goofy lawyer.

If the shipping charge is the only dispute then the charge should be a fair amount, whatever it really costs to get the package directly from the buyer back to the seller. A compromise is the seller and buyer splits the shipping cost, purchase shipping paid by the buyer, the return shipping by the seller. You should not have to pay shipping from the buyer to Goozex.

Goozex should be neutral by not getting any money from a non-sell, nor a loss from the shipping, their drop to already paid the buyer return shipping to their warehouse.

I do gotta ask this, which should be asked to Goozex. Did that buyer honestly think both a Mario Mix game and Dance Pad would be a twenty dollar purchase?
