That listing is for UPC: 045496963019, which is for the set that includes the accessory. There is no other listing on our site for this title
I wonder why there is only one listing for Mario Dance Revloution, but two for a game like Mario Party 6, one with the microphone and one without?

If there's only one listing for the game, the problem is with the listings, not you. The situation really amounts to stealing your game, I would call the police. Fuck their policy, it's always the same excuse for screwing us, it's in their TOS.

This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode in which Jerry forgets a lot of money in his laundry and when he tries to talk to the laundromat owner about it, the guys shrugs off pointing to the sign that reads "Not responsible for valuables".

Services like Goozex are the same, they have a "policy" saying that they can do it, so they have a license to steal, they're the James Bond of game trading.

jfrost brings up a point that is not mentioned often enough. Companies can put whatever they want in their terms of use. They can say 'we obtain the rights to your house on the 2nd Sunday of each month' and that does not actually make it so. Companies are not a law unto themselves. Their ToS is superseded by the actual law of whatever state they are incorporated in.

Hence why I suggested that you simply notify the authorities of whatever town they are located in of unlawful and willful appropriation of your property.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I dunno, that sucks and all, but I love Goozex. I have had a much better experience overall trading there than on any other site or forum (including this one).

I've had good experiences too 50, but that was with the traders I happened to get paired up with. What I'm talking about is the actual "Goozex team" should a dispute occur.

Noise,

This may come in handy depending how they reply to your last email. Check out the game detail page for Animal Crossing. There is a extra spot in the description for "Trading info: This game comes with a Memory card that must be included in the Full Package of the product."

And the Donkey Kong games that can be played with the Bongo controllers also have two listings like Mario Party 6.

What a load of horseshit. Their information was wrong and they admit it but you still get screwed? They should send your game back and use the incident as an opportunity to fix the description. What happens when a non gamer sells a game they don't know is supposed to come with other stuff because they're unloading a spouse's 'junk' or things a kid left behind going to college (ignoring the suckiness of that)?

Odama shows the outer box mentioning the mic, but I don't see it listed in the description.

Hey You Pikachu makes no mention of the mic unless you can read it on the box shot.

Arkanoid NES has no mention of the paddle because the description is for fucking Archon. But it uses the paddle box image and it sure as hell is worth more than say Super Mario Bros 2 with the paddle (both are 150 points).

Hmm, Dark Spire? Is that with or without the soundtrack CD?

What about Raiden IV? Soundtrack or not?

That about Star Tropics? Technically without that letter the game is 'unplayable' so it shouldn't be sold unless complete.

I notice that all of the info pages also say disc even if it is a cart game.

it's just a bullshit site run by assholes trying to make a buck off of a hobby that they don't understand. it will go away. this is obviously designed for the ps3/360/wii crowd with a little broken piece of chicken bone thrown to the retro dogs.

and, fuck, man; no sega saturn. honestly, what the fuck.

that actually may be very helpful. Thanks.

Y'know it's not even about the game anymore, because I don't even want Mario Mix. And it's not really about my $20 worth of points that I lost. It's about the principle now. It just really bothers me that they just expect me to take this shit.
