I just started this and I have to say I am underwhelmed. Its definitly a good game but its not bringing a whole lot to the table for me after played Bowser's Inside Story.SwooshBear wrote:I'm trying to beat Paper Mario thousand year door before the years over but I doubt it will happen

That's why I love the FF series. Each entry is do different that it has reason for existing (unlike most franchises) and fans end up having totally different opinions on which games they like.SwooshBear wrote: Ah that sucks. I've barely played since I last posted. I could never get into ff8. I love ff7 and ff9 is good, but for some reason I didnt like 8.

:O you haven't played 6? It's the best Final Fantasy in most Racketeers opinions. 12 I liked but it's a pretty controversial entry in the series. You either REALLY love it or REALLY hate it.SwooshBear wrote: Me too. Square is probably one of my favorite game developers. I can't wait to try out ff12 and ff6 next year hopefully

I got final fantasy anthology (includes ff5 and ff6) this year and have us to play it. I've only played 1, 7, 8, 9, and 10. I hope to beat 9 next year and I heard about how controversial 12 is. I hope it's good.ZeroAX wrote::O you haven't played 6? It's the best Final Fantasy in most Racketeers opinions. 12 I liked but it's a pretty controversial entry in the series. Why did Kevin Flynn blare Journey so loud in his arcade? Was he trying to hear it from the grid?

Get ready for lots of random searching in that game. You have to "discover" every town in that game on the map.

I finally patched my Shining Force III scenarios & Premium Disc so I'm starting another round of Bulzome ass kicking
I had been using scripts and I've already seen a few differences. I can't wait until it's fully translated!

Re: What RPG are you playing right now?
I have been wanting to play a JRPG for the past few days, and agonizing over which one to play. I decided to continue where I left off in Dragon Quest IV for the DS. Quite a fun game. Looking forward to (eventually) playing VI. Now if only I could find Dragon Quest V for under 40 bucks...
