It will be a bit for him to get everything organized. If you didn't request early shipping you probably wouldn't hear back immediately. It is a lot of payments and organizing with shipping addresses and donors.

Yea, dsheinem goes into great detail of what to expect in that message all winners received.

A reminder PM was just sent to all the winning bidders. So far we've collected about $2400 of the total!

Aka, I haven't paid yet because I was waiting for the bank transfer to go through.

I wasn't singling you out - sorry!

I also just PM'd all the item donors with some instructions. If you donated an item and didn't get the PM, please let me know.

Heh, I singled myself out. Although now that I look at it your total means that of course I had to have not paid yet. But it's all squared away now. We're up to ~$5k collection.

will items that are not paid for go back up for auction? i am sure there will be a decent amount of bidders who do not end up paying...

i think it would be nice if the items in default go back up for auction so that the donation goal is met/exceeded....

No. I actually do expect everyone to pay since this was a charity auction. If there is a "decent amount" of non-paying bidders I will be shocked and sad.

Last year we only had one member not pay, I think, and it was for something small. If I recall correctly, they were never heard from again...
