On another note, I think I have that Yoshi plush. Is that the one from GameStop?

I'm pretty sure - It was a gift from my girlfriend, so I'm not 100% sure..
Re: Random Thoughts Thread
I had a thought. You know how there's a lot of duplicate posting on EVERY forum, and it pisses a lot of people off? What if when you go to post a new topic, the forum searches the topic title and body and gives you some results. You would click post and then it would bring you to a page, "Before you post, please take a look at these threads." If there's any matches, you could look through. Let's say I'm posting about a new game that's already been posted about, I could see that in the results and then decide not to make the new topic about it. Or, if you're posting for tech help or something, you might find a thread that pertains to your problem and decide to read it first before making your thread. Of course, you would have the option "No, I don't see any posts that apply" and choose to post your topic anyway. Good idea?
And lol at the pictures. Mario looks so terrified in them!
Hows NET+ going? I've been putting of my A+ exam, but I'm gonna have to take it soon. After that, I probably should take NET+. Hard? I took some A+ classes at a local tech/trade school and one of my teachers told me he just bought the text book for NET+ and studied like hell, and passed the exam on his first try. Thing is, I didn't really need the A+ classes, but I don't know much about networking.Rurouni_Fencer wrote:This is what I do when I should be studying for my NET+ and MCDST exams..

Re: Random Thoughts Thread
A+ isn't hard at all - passed the two exams with no problem. NET+ on the other hand isn't exactly difficult, but it can be confusing when learning how to subnet, configure VPNs, and the like. I would recommend finding the test questions before going to take the test, as that seems to be the most efficient way to study. I'll be taking my test next week and getting it out of the way.Ziggy587 wrote: Hows NET+ going? I've been putting of my A+ exam, but I'm gonna have to take it soon. Unfortunately, this is the last year to be certified for life after passing a CompTIA test. Beginning Jan 1, 2011, you'll need to re-certify every three years to remain certified in CompTIA's programs, so if possible, take the test before the end of the year!
Re: Random Thoughts Thread
That applies to the A+ test as well? Damn, that sucks. Maybe I can take it between Christmas and New Years.

Re: Random Thoughts Thread
Yea, all CompTIA exams. If you're confident in your A+ skills and have just been putting it off, now's the time to get A+ over with.. Good luck to you!Ziggy587 wrote:That applies to the A+ test as well? Damn, that sucks. Maybe I can take it between Christmas and New Years.
