Ico on ps1... But then again there is debate to whether some of the footage is from early ps2 development.. Either way, I think it was better that they actually waited to release it on the PS2.. Imagine the loading times, and it probably would have totally bombed being that it would have been released late in the PS1's lifespan..

Super Mario 128:
Stage Debut:
Stage Debut is especially surreal - take a look at 2:30.
Both of these demos were supposed to be being made into real games, but neither made it.

I remember Mario 128 and Zelda from Spaceworld 2000 great tech demos also FF VII on PS3 as previously mentioned.
