Could 32X or Sega CD be next?

Looks interesting to see more systems coming to the Virtual Console! Sooner or later though Nintendo will need to address storage problems - such as letting games be run from SD Cards or allowing external hard disks. Even some Sega CD games with audio compressed are still decent size.
Doubt we'll see 32x for awhile but who knows. What I really want to see is 64DD games! I bet they would sell decently given the obscurity. SimCity 64 always looked interesting to me.

I can't see myself buying any master system games as they are so cheap, and the fact that there wasn't a lot of games that was worth buying. Same again with the game gear.
I guess I'm only really interested in buying games that are rare or I fancy having a a series of games in one place (zelda/metroid etc).

Didnt they stop files running from the SD card to try and stop the chip makers from updating the chip firmware? A USB harddrive would be mighty cool though.ImportBoy wrote:Looks interesting to see more systems coming to the Virtual Console! I've only had my wii for a month and I dont have a wireless connection to connect it to and even if i did I'm not sure that I will buy and VC games. I'm very much into playing games on there original hardware. I may be tempted to buy a VC game that is very expensive or rare in its original form, and I'm pretty sure I'll buy some things of the wii ware channel or whatever they settle on calling it.
I still support more systems and more choice of more games on there though, brings classic games it to the masses.

When I start to buy more VC games I definitely want a HDD option.ImportBoy wrote:Looks interesting to see more systems coming to the Virtual Console! And talking about 64DD, we need the F-Zero track editor the most!

Sounds good. I think VC is great and its growing at a nice pace. If there were all the content available at once it would be hard to sift through for anyone but us hardcore gamers. By the time the Wii is ready to be replaced VC will likely have 1000+ games across 10 consoles available. Not bad at all for those who are interested.
