It'll probably kill you further, but I really don't care for Yoshi either. As for others...

Bubsy. Every character in Ballz. That dog in Duck Hunt. Most of the characters from Star Ocean 3. Laurence Blood. Ako the Tengu in Onimusha 3.

And any character in any game that I have to watch over, protect, or babysit. Even if I like that character the rest of the game, I absolutely hate them during that segment.

I'm sure there are others.

Otacon from mgs. I cant stand the "love can bloom on a battlefield" bs.
Toad in Mario games once he started talking.
Baby Kong in Donkey Kong Country 3.
Both of the screaming dragons in the lunar games, for their voices alone, but compounded by their whining.
Speaking of whining, Tidus from Final Fantasy X. Out of a wonderful cast, he is, by far, the stinker. Even Wakka was better than Tidus.
Almost all of the characters in Final Fantasy XII and XIII, minus Basch and Sazh.
Falco in Star Fox, just because he is a JERK.
Baby bowser also goes on my list.
Chris and Jill in resident evil 5 for having NOTHING of the characters i had grown to love throughout the series.
That laughing guy, Irving i think, that turns himself into the enormous water monster thing in Resident Evil 5.
Any of the psychopaths from the dead rising games.

You know, im noticing that maybe these wouldnt necessarily be bad characters if the writers didnt give them such horrible dialogue. Maybe, video games just need better writing....Baby Kong definitely suck though.
