Nintendo 64 super smash brother not working
Nintendo 64 super smash brother not working
my second problem (my other post about atari 5200 games) is my copy of super smash brothers 64 will not start for the life of me. Every other game I have for 64 boots right up, smash brothers...nothing. Is it not compatable with the jump pack? do i need to remove the memory card from the controller or something? Any help would be appreciated!

Tried cleaning the cart yet?
Also, I don't think that the memory card ever interferes with any game.

A simple search of this site, or even of Google, would easily bring up the exact same thing that everyone has already said here; clean your cartridge. You might want to consider opening up the cartridge and cleaning the ENTIRETY of the contacts.
Also, proper grammar, such as at least spelling the titles of games correctly and using capitals at the beginning of sentences, is appreciated.

Calm down, he asked you politely and isn't enforcing it on you. Take your attitude problems elsewhere.

I can see why the op might have been ticked off Breetai did sound a bit condescending.
Also why is that every time a rather simple problem comes up it has to be met with answers that basically amount to "just fucking google it"
What if google doesn't have the answers and what if the one looking doesn't even know how to search for the problem. Which leads them here to ask us veteran retro gamers how to fix it and what is our reply "just fucking google it" and make sure to spell that correctly.
Friendly bunch aren't we

Oh yes, cleaned it several times. Tried rubbing alcohol, goo gone, and some kind of rust lime cleaner. Still nothing.Opa Opa wrote:Tried cleaning the cart yet?
