I'm an old duffer of 43 here, and I've been playing and loving videogames since the late 1970s. Looks like there's a lively and thoughtful retro-gaming crowd here, and I look forward to participating.
EDIT: I should mention that my biggest retro-gaming passions are adventure games and the PC Engine.

Rawr, when I saw how long the DS was going for I was like OMG thats so sad. So I kinda felt like I had to. I still feel bad since a DS Phat is like 60$ at gamestop.
I'm 18 years old, fighting college, and finding refuge in my snes games and my music, oh god sexy yes all of the music. I can play pretty much any instrument i could think of, including an Ocarina. (I know it sounds boastful but it's true, if iv'e thought of it ive put the effort forward to learn to play it). As stated before I loves me some SNES, and to be honest I could play any console and be very happy. My bestest buddy is a guy on here called Weasels, a young man with whom i witnessed the greatness of Tron:Legacy with on the eve of December 17th, 2010.
Y'all be hittin' me back!
Why did Kevin Flynn blare Journey so loud in his arcade? Was he trying to hear it from the grid?
Welcome littlecallen. Any friend of weasels is a friend of mine.
