Since this thing is a "limited edition", Nintendo should cease production right now!

I wouldn't be friends with that type when I younger....

On topic, I walked into MicroCenter and they had plenty, although if its getting sort of rare, I might go in an buy myself a copy.

They did, about a month ago before it even launched.

It's just like the Metroid Collection last year except people are wise to it and certain retailers stocked more in anticipation. But leave the electronics megastore and walk into any GameStop to see the calamity with people trying to get an out of stock item we're no longer being shipped any of.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

I'm getting it and I don't even have a wii yet. If it has "limited edition" in the title, I wouldn't doubt it. Look at the metroid prime trilogy. I never see those anymore, this sounds like something more limited edition than that. Plus it comes with a Mario cd (soundtrack I'm guessing). Mario on my iPod woul be awesome

Yup, rule of thumb with Nintendo is that Limited actually means Limited which is both a blessing and a curse.

Well, I consider it more of a blessing, since you really feel like you just payed for something Limited, unlike most publishers who's "limited" "collectors" editions are just way to make an extra 10-40€ on things that cost 0-5€ to make.

I suppose the curse being the hard-to-find part of a Nintendo limited edition, especially one for only $30.
