Question about system sprites.

Hey people, long time lurker, small time poster.
Anyway, back to the topic. I've seen alot of Sigs here with system sprites like this:

Just asking, where do you people find these sprites? I could really use some of them for photoshop and stuff.

all the help i got there allowed me to have my sweet sig! everything you need is there, haha... plus you could just copy the images in other sigs and take out what you need in paint or whatever
