Another obvious but somewhat underrated gem is Shenmue, it is an absolutely wonderful game, it almost seems to be an interactive movie, really, but it's a very great game.

Also if you have someone to play against Bust a Move 4 is awesome, the songle player is ok, but vs is the best.

joehero and Ziggy587 are both correct. Tuxthewise uses custom folder structer to optomize the laser reader noise when reading the games, and he gives them the best possible audio and movies of any release.

Also, I'll recommend Captain Dreamcast, he is a newcomer to optomizing releases, but him and Tux work together over at Dreamcast-Talk forums.

You want to get Shenmue 1 and 2(Xbox English Speech mod), Half-Life and all it's PC mods that have been ported to Dreamcast, and are really great stand alone games.
