Back on the topic of "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" and "Yogi Bear". . . .
What was the last movie you've seen?
Troll 2?
Anybody else seen this movie. I am quite an avid fan. It is so bad that it is good. This scene always cracks me up. Does anybody else enjoy any movies that are so bad they are good? I find that movies that are god awful are pretty entertaining but mediocre movies are just tedious. Damn it! This should have been in Off topic.

Re: Troll 2?
Did you know if you turn the sound down on Troll 2 and play a Nickelback cd they sync up perfectly and the songs describe the action on the screen? Strangely this works with any Nickelback cd.

Re: Troll 2?
What is this newfound Nickelback fascination?
Could it be mass hysteria?
Could it be that these people have the same email/pass combo that was hacked on Gawker days ago?
What is going on?
Also, great movie(s)

Re: Troll 2?
I saw it with rifftrax which was good but then again it's such a silly movie anyone can riff it
And i too have started to appreciate movies so bad that they get funny or in some cases awesome. Mediocre movies are the bane of movie watchers everywhere.
Speaking of bad movies that are good i discovered the sheer awesome that is Billy Blanks by buying some old tapes. He's better known as the guy that sold Tae Bo.
Anyway i got "In the Talons of the Eagle" which i thought would be bad but it turned out to be somewhat good. The other movie i got is "Expect No Mercy" a mid nineties scifi action movie about a group of no gooders that are trained by the use of Virtual Reality programs. I always like seeing 3d rendering from that era and this movie has plenty of that.
Also it has a lot of techno babble sounding one liners. I wish i remembered some right now
Ah well guess i got a reason to watch it again which is not bad.
And while i am on movies i really recommend The Last Dragon i can sum up the reason to see that in one sentence.
The bad guy calls himself Sho Nuff the shogun of Harlem.

'Social network' is a new movie about Facebiik. I like it.

Personally, I hope that with the Spidey reboot, they base it on the real Spider-Man, in lieu of the current trend of regurgitating the GODless Ultimate Marvel shit.
IMHO, we should see Venom and Carnage in the sequels.
Also, got some more DVDs from NetFlix. They are all Bollywood films.
* Ghaijini - a Bollywood remake of a Tamil-language version (both had the same director) of Memento. So, basically... amnesiac seeks revenge for his girlfriend's murder.
* Purana Mandir - old-school Bollywood horror classic.
* Golmaal: Fun Unlimited - described as a "Bollywood joke fest".
Also recently watched "The People I've Slept With", about an amorous woman (in layman's terms... a slut) who sleeps with dozens of men and women. And she ends up pregnant and figures out that it's one of five people, one played by Archie Kao (Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy, CSI: NY). And her gay best friend is played by Wilson Cruz (Party Monster, Coffee Date). Meh.
Personally, I wanna see a film adaptation of Edward Lee's "City Infernal". On that note, someone named traube7 on YouTube made a fake trailer for it and the sequel Infernal Angel, and both the songs in these videos are on my iPod.
