Anyone know how to easily edit a .gif? I want to give Kim a Santa hat.

It's a bit trickier for animated gifs since you'll have to edit every frame.

I hate my mother-in-law. F'n manic depressive alcoholic. Of course not, why would you be drunk after drinking for the past 4 hours? How dare I insinuate that. She drives drunk and thinks nothing of it. Damned if I have tried everything to stop it but here alcoholism matters for nothing despite laws.
She'll never likely get better and she'll eventually kill herself via alcohol-related something (crash, cirrhosis, falling of a bridge, etc) but the worst thing is that I feel really bad for my wife as I nor anyone can help her mother.

You can use Imageready or if you have Photoshop CS 3 or beyond, there are tutorials on how to edit GIFs..

Agreed. You do have some responsibility here...

I am more than fully aware of that however she would need to be followed to whichever random bar in random city she would go to drink and then something to be done. Cops here don't do squat anyways. And it's not like bar owners here will do anything. They merely ask if you are "taken care of" for drinking and there is no limit for how much you can drink - not even when you're probably literally pissing yourself on the bar stool.
The sad thing is that alcoholism in Japan is considered a quirk or one's hobby - not something to be concerned about. Or rather, if you stop someone from drinking that will affect the economy of that bar, liquor store, beer factory etc or some BS like that. Besides, if you kill someone while drunk it's not really severe punishment as it's "not intentional". Last time I saw in the papers even 1st degree murder didn't get you much time either so~~~yeah.
I used to think some US laws were too severe but after living here for a while now, most seem dead-on and the ones here are way too lax/not-ever-enforced. When apathy is so wide spread that even vehicular manslaughter is ignored it is futile. I cannot be a savior when no one wants to be saved. I'm not giving up but I am losing steam...

I'd say Marvel in the last decade. I was catching up on what all had been happening with the X-Men when I discovered a rumor that one of them was going to resurrect Spiderman's uncle. I quit reading them when I found out Parker's marriage to Mary Jane was being dissolved by a fucking demon, so at this point it feels like Marvel's just trying to insult me.

I quit reading them when I found out Parker's marriage to Mary Jane was being dissolved by a fucking demon, so at this point it feels like Marvel's just trying to insult me.

Well I do love me some Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, X-Men, F4, and Spider-man (mostly the stuff I got from my uncle - DC, Marvel, etc anythings fine) but I never thought comics were absurd because they were comics y'know. But resurrecting Uncle Ben? That's messed up. And Peter & MJ's marriage dissolved by a demon??? That I believe has actually crossed the boundary of absurdity even in comic book worlds. Surely there must be some reasoning behind this... Or at least some more meat to the story. Then again, it might be more entertaining if that was all that it was. I would have loved to be in the brainstorming session for that story arc.
