Those are some of the nicest lines I've ever seen on a classic build. Its not a Hemi...but I can't deny the beauty of that machine. :lol: Nice clean engine bay and original color as well. Some Boss 338s or cragars would definitely complete the look, unless your going for a stock look of course. Good luck with it Scooter shes a beauty.

Nope, married! Back when I was a kid I wanted a cool car to attract girls (pathetic) but I could never afford to have a nice car then. Now I can (sort of) afford it and I'm happily married! There's some kind of lesson in there somewhere.... :D

Very clean! I see you kept a dual plane intake to maintain a streetable daily driver. Curious of internals such as cam lift-duration, carb size (fuel lines look like a side inlet Holley) and rest of the engine specs. Even if stock besides the headers, that big block is a monster!

Cam: 276/284 duration .590/.600 lift solid lifter flat tappet, installed 6 degrees advanced.

Heads: cast iron large oval ports (049 castings) ported, polished and flowed with 2.19/1.88 valves

Block: 4-bolt main, bored .030 over

Crank: forged, nitrided, balanced

Con rods: forged with 7/16" cap screws

Intake: Chevy Performance dual plane (same as Edelbrock Performer RPM)

Headers: Hedman 1.75" primaries with 3" collector

Carb: Holley 780cfm vacuum secondaries

Pistons: forged aluminum with a 30cc dome

Smart move with the high lift and just enough duration to maintain a daily driver.

I run 308 duration at 510 lift on a small block 327. Duration on mine is not very streetable but has a beautiful lope. Meh, car is for having fun in.
