Dual Command Atari 2600 controller.

Post by Xelyx »

I have a Dual Command controller for the Atari 2600. There is a small joy stick at the top with a small paddle wheel at the bottom of the controller. There is some residue on the back where it looks like a sticker was torn off. The joy stick looks off center but its very tight and responsive, as is the paddle wheel. I'd really love to know when it was made, and by whom. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

No, it's not a console, just a controller. I tried posting pics but was told they were too large. If you can tell me how to make them small enough I'll post them.

If its the controllers in my previous Reply, a link provided for your answer.

Concerning JPG resize, from my CRT vs LCD signature link.
I keep JPGs at 700 wide or less.

If you have OSX, use iPhoto. Import then export as JPG and set the width at 700 or less.

For PC there is Infraview, a great freeware pic utility.

Other option a pic sharing site, a mixed blessing at times.

A photo sharing site is a great way to stage your Photo.

Crappy when you get the error and can't retrieve your photo.

Sorry, your pic didn't show up before. Yes, that's the controller. So it's a Gemini controller? I didn't know they'd work in a 2600. That's cool to know. Thanks a lot for the help.

Those Gemini clones were great... friend had one growing up, and always thought those controllers worked well. Although I do prefer the Atari rotary for those games.
