What games saturn, dreamcast or 360 have that kinda art?

..pretty much almost any game developed in japan? you probably wanna be more specific. are there certain anime styles you're looking for?

The Dragon Quest series' artwork and character designs were done since the beginning by Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball.

He also did the designs for Chrono Trigger and Blue Dragon.
