What are you the most snobbish about?

Maybe someone on this board can straighten me out, but as big a dick as I am, I don't really think I'm really a snob about anything. My taste in television, music, beer, etc, are pretty low-rent.

I guess I will think less of a person if they profess a love for Friends or Dane Cook. Maybe that's enough to make me a comedy snob. Yeah, that's probably it, so I'll check that box. And it's probably more pretentiousness than snobbishness.

I am most pretentious about beer, basically because most people willing drink garbage. I try not to be snobby about it though.

I am with you 100%. I only drink craft beer; the other stuff just doesn't cut it. Sure I'll have an adjunct lager if it's handed to me at a party, but otherwise I'm the guy who brought the six (or *gasp* four) pack of weird beers.

Speaking of four packs, here's a bit of my snobbishness in action. I saw that Leinenkugel has come out with a four pack of Russian Imperial Stout. I asked the cashier if it was a joke.

I do want to try it though, although I have no expectations that Leinenkugel can make a good Russian Imperial Stout, I have been surprised by sub-par breweries in the past.

Text loosens inhibitions, which will exaggerate the good and the bad side of people. It's like alcohol. Some are mean drunks, some are happy drunks, some are a little of each as the case may be.

BTW, good answer. Most people are somewhat distasteful. I know I am. Maybe you should embrace it. Say to yourself, "Fuck this asshole. I'm going to make him talk to me. Serves him right." Might be good for a laugh.

And for video games...I just hate Call of Duty and Halo. And I've lost a Facebook friend over it. Still don't care, he deserved to be yelled at for skipping class to play Black Ops.

Was this person a real human that you knew as a real friend whom you happened to be friends with on Facebook or just someone that was "a Facebook friend"? If it's the latter, I can't see how it could possibly matter.
