Same controller US: 60$ EU: 150$

And let me tell you, that sucks.

You see, I'm looking for a Beatmania IIDX controller. Unfortunatedly being a japanese game you have to import the controller and the prices with shipping for Europe are close to 150$. Not the worst price, I paid only slighty less for my first one, what bothers me is that I could get two of them for the same price if I lived in the US.

You see, a pretty bad version of Beatmania was released in the US. The game itself is barely decent but it includes a controller. The bundles are easily avalible for 40 or 50 dollars making it really cheap. This also drives the price of the Japanese controlelrs down.

The problem is, they don't ship to Europe! And I'm not talking only about mortar stores, the ebay sellers don't ship overseas either!

Is there something I can do? Should I send a message to those ebay sellers to see if they may want to ship internationally? Should I better be safe than sorry? What do you think?

Can you edit your profile to include your location? I had always thought you were in the US.

Look into the price of shipping for them so you can say I know it'll cost around X amount and you're willing to pay when you email them. Shipping from the US to Europe is ridiculously expensive and I've had many potential buyers not bid because of it.

Like shipping a Saturn to England (console only) is around $40 when I last looked:shock:
